Hello to all, after update of win10 my printer is not printing at all. As well I can't install any driver that is on official HP site. With Win10 application I can see printer, I can scan, printer is making copies, but not printing file from computer. When I tried to install driver, it stop on the last part when it is asking me to connect usb cable.

Computer is recognizing that something new is there, but it is not proceeding with installation. In Windows, search for and open Programs and features 2. Select your HP Printer 3. Select Uninstall 4. In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers 5. In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer.

Type printui. Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom Select Ok Close Devices and Printers Restart the computer and download the Full Feature Software from Here and follow the onscreen Instructions. Printer is printing now from computer, but only when it is connected via USB, wireless it won't print, even from app made for Win Type the hostname or the IP address of the printer.
